The large 2 car garage has been converted into a games room to add to your holiday enjoyment, and includes a pool table, air hockey and table football. The room has air conditioning, fans and additional seating .

Pool , Spa and Deck area:
The large 26’ x 13’ south facing pool and spa , which catches the sun all day, is surrounded by a huge patio deck area. Partially covered on the villa side with the added comfort of a ceiling fan, this offers a shady retreat from the long hot sunny days. Furnished with a high quality patio table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ this area is also perfect for Al fresco dining.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps keep the pool clean and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is screened weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

Family Room:
The family room contains 2 large luxurious sofas and plenty of room to relax after an action packed day at the parks. Patio Doors allow direct access out onto the large pool deck and pleasant views.
To keep everyone entertained you will find a huge 52”Cable television with , DVD player, playstation-2, and Hifi, as well as a separate PC with high speed internet access and board games.
